Overview and Navigation
Introduction
Grade Management offers you three different views for managing grades. Depending on the task, you can choose the appropriate view: by your lessons, by class/course, or by individual pupils.
The Three Main Views
My Lessons
The "My Lessons" view shows all lessons in which you are registered as a teacher. The lessons are grouped by classes and courses.

| Subject | Name of the subject, possibly marked as "Composite Subject" |
| Teachers | All teachers assigned to the lesson |
| Open Lesson | Button to open the grade overview |
Lessons marked as "Composite Subject" combine multiple subjects. For more information, see Composite Subjects.
By Lesson
The "By Lesson" view allows you to select a class or course to see all associated lessons.
- Choose between Classes and Courses.
- Select the desired class or course from the list.
- All lessons of the selected group will be displayed.
By Pupil
The "By Pupil" view shows all grades of an individual pupil across all subjects. This view is particularly useful for parent conferences or for creating report cards.

Select School Year
In the top right of the page, you can select the school year. The current school year is selected by default. To view grades from previous school years, select the corresponding year from the dropdown menu.
Open Lesson
To edit the grades of a lesson, click the "Open Lesson" button or directly on the subject name.
The Grade Overview of a Lesson
After opening a lesson, you will see the complete grade overview:
Header Area
| Information | Description |

| Subject | Name of the subject |
| Grade Value Type | Grading system (Simple 1-6 or Extended 0-15) |
| Pupils | Number of pupils in the lesson |
| Teachers | Assigned teachers |
Grade Table
The grade table is structured as follows:

| Pupil | List of all pupils (rows) |
| Major Assessment | Columns for major assessments (e.g., exam, short test) |
| Avg | Average grade for the area |
| Minor Assessment | Columns for minor assessments (e.g., quiz, homework, oral) |
| Final Grades | Calculated final grades for semester and school year |

Actions in the Grade Overview
The following actions are available in the grade overview:

| More | Additional options (e.g., delete lesson) |
