System Administration

Introduction​

In the System Administration you manage all "entities" of your edjufy environment. These include, for example:

  • School Classes
  • Pupils
  • Parents
  • Teachers
  • etc.

This information forms the basic framework of the system, which is used in many places. This framework is captured centrally here so that this structure can then be used for other functions (e.g. when selecting school classes in the digital class register or in absence management).

You can view, edit, and manually create this data in the edjufy System Administration. We also recommend the practical File Import via Excel, which you can populate with data from your school administration software.

Login​

To access the edjufy System Administration, simply log in to edjufy with your personal credentials. To log in, please open the following URL in your browser: https://my.edjufy.com and select the menu item "System Administration" in the menu bar on the left side.
