Grade Management
Introduction
Grade Management in edjufy enables the digital recording, management, and analysis of pupil grades. The module offers the following main functions:
- Recording grades in different grade areas (e.g., Major Assessment, Minor Assessment)
- Flexible configuration of grading systems (Simple 1-6 or Extended 0-15)
- Management of grading periods (e.g., semesters)
- Optional grade viewing for pupils and legal guardians
For Teachers
As a teacher, you can use the Grade Management module to:
- Record and manage grades for your pupils
- View grade overviews
- Release grades for publication

For Secretariat and Administration
As an administrator, you can configure Grade Management for your school. This includes:
- Setting the grading system per year group
- Setting up grading periods
- Defining grade areas with weightings
- Configuring grade viewing for pupils and parents

To access Grade Management, log in to edjufy with your personal credentials. To log in, please open the following URL in your browser: https://my.edjufy.com.
For configuration: Select the menu item "Settings" in the menu bar on the left side, then select "Grade Management".
For grade entry: Select the menu item "Grade Management" in the menu bar on the left side.
