Disciplinary Records

Introduction

The Disciplinary Records module enables teachers to document incidents and behavioral issues involving students. These entries serve as a systematic way to record and track disciplinary occurrences in daily school life.

Each disciplinary record contains the following information:

  • The affected student
  • The date of the incident
  • The type of incident (e.g., class disruption, phone usage)
  • A detailed description (remark)
  • Optionally: The associated lesson period
Note

The available disciplinary types can be individually configured by the school administration. For more information, see Manage Disciplinary Types.

As a teacher, you can create disciplinary records in two ways:

Follow the guide Create Disciplinary Record.
