Settings

Introduction

The settings in edjufy enable central configuration of your school. Here you can maintain basic information such as school name, logo and contact details, as well as system-wide settings for email delivery and pupil logins.

For Office and Administration

As an administrator, you can configure the following areas in the settings:

  • General school information (name, logo, school number)
  • Contact person for edjufy
  • School address
  • Email settings
  • Pupil login restrictions
  • Lesson hour configuration (lesson times and breaks)
  • School subjects
  • Disciplinary types (only with Disciplinary Records module)
  • Lesson log (only with Lesson Log module)
  • School calendar (only with School Calendar module)
  • Excuses / Leave requests (only with Excuse, Leave Request, or Sports Excuse module)
  • Absences (only with Absences module)

To access the settings, log in to edjufy with your personal credentials. Open the following URL in your browser: https://my.edjufy.com.

Select "Settings" from the menu on the left side and then "General".
