Legal Guardian Meetings

Introduction

With the edjufy Legal Guardian Meetings module, your school can digitize the planning and execution of legal guardian meetings.

The module allows the creation of a legal guardian meeting event with a fixed time period and the assignment of teachers. Subsequently, teachers can select students for their meetings and create bookable time slots.

After the meeting is published by the teacher, legal guardians can book the available time slots.

Permissions

The role "Legal Guardian Meetings: Administrator" is required to create and manage events.

  3. The Legal Guardian Meetings administrator publishes the event.
  4. The teachers receive an email invitation to participate in the event with a link to their meeting.
  5. The teachers select the desired students in their meeting and create bookable time slots.
  6. The teachers publish their meeting independently.
  7. All legal guardians linked to the students receive an email invitation to participate in the meeting.
  8. The legal guardians can book a desired time slot via the link in the email.
