Parent Letter Evaluation
Overview
The evaluation of parent letters allows you to monitor and analyze the delivery status, read confirmations, and responses.
Evaluation Options
In general, the following options are available for evaluating parent letters:
In the Detail View
- The Parent Letter Traffic Light System - Quick overview of the delivery status
- Responses Overview - Shows all received responses with statistics
- Recipient Detail View - Detailed status for each individual recipient
- Negative List - Pupils whose parents do not have an edjufy account
- Delivery Errors - Failed email deliveries
Exports
- Download Excel List - Exports the responses as an Excel file
- Download Negative List - Exports the list of unreachable recipients
