Parent Letter Detail View
General
The detail view of a parent letter shows you all important information about an already created or sent parent letter. To open the detail view, click on the title of a parent letter in the overview or on the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the row.
Detail View Tabs
The detail view is divided into several tabs:

| Overview | Shows the basic information of the parent letter |
| Recipients | Shows all recipients and their status |
| Negative List | Shows pupils without parents with edjufy account |
| Responses | Shows the received responses |
| Errors | Shows failed email deliveries |
Overview
The Overview tab shows you the most important information about the parent letter:
Content
Here you can see the title and message of the parent letter as well as any attachments.
Recipient Status
On the right side, you can see the recipient status as a traffic light system:

| Sent | Shows whether the parent letter was sent |
| Received | Shows whether the parent letter was received |
| Read | Shows whether the parent letter was read |
| Responded | Shows whether a response has been received |
Meta Data
Below the recipient status, you will find additional information:

| Created on | Date and time of creation |
| Created by | Person who created the parent letter |
| Sent on | Date and time of sending |
| Sent by | Person who sent the parent letter |
| Archived? | Indicates whether the parent letter has been archived |
| Message marked as "sensitive data"? | Shows whether the message was marked as sensitive |
| Parent letter also sent to class teachers? | Shows whether class teachers were also informed |
Submit Response
If you are a recipient of a parent letter that requires a response, you will see the Submit Response Now button here.
Recipients
The Recipients tab shows you all recipients of the parent letter and their individual status.
Pupil Recipients
The pupil recipients are displayed grouped by grade levels. For each grade level, you can see the traffic light status (Sent, Received, Read, Responded).
Click on a grade level to see the individual pupils and their status.
Teacher Recipients
If the parent letter was also sent to teachers, you will see a list of all teachers with their individual status here.

Actions
Various actions are available to you in the detail view:
Download Parent Letter
With the Download Parent Letter button, you can download the parent letter as a file.
Archive Parent Letter
With the Archive Parent Letter button, you can move the parent letter to the archive. Archived parent letters are removed from the regular views and are only visible in the Archive tab.
Archiving a parent letter cannot be undone.
Copy Parent Letter
Via the More dropdown menu, you can select the Copy option. This creates a copy of the parent letter that you can then edit and send again.
Copying parent letters is particularly useful when you regularly send similar messages (e.g., parent-teacher conference invitations).
