Create Disciplinary Record
Introduction
A disciplinary record can be created in edjufy in different ways:
- Directly in the Disciplinary Records module - Described in this guide
- In the digital class register - See Class Register Integration
Note
If you want to document a disciplinary record in connection with a lesson period, we recommend creating it via the digital class register. The lesson period is automatically linked there.
Create Disciplinary Record
To create a new disciplinary record, proceed as follows:
- Navigate to the Disciplinary Records module.
- Click on the Create Disciplinary Record button in the top right.
- Fill out the displayed form.
- Finally, click Save.
The disciplinary record will be created and you will be redirected to the detail view.
Form Fields

| Date | The date of the incident. The current date is entered by default. | Yes |
| Search Pupil | Select the affected pupil from the dropdown list. You can search by name. | Yes |
| Lesson Period | Optionally, you can link a lesson period. This is helpful when the incident occurred during a specific lesson. | No |
| Disciplinary Type | Select the appropriate type for the incident (e.g., class disruption, phone usage). | Yes |
| Remark | Describe the incident in detail. This information is important for follow-up. | Yes |
Available Disciplinary Types
The available disciplinary types are configured by your school. Typical examples include:
- Damage to school materials
- Missing work materials
- Phone usage
- Pupil observation
- Inappropriate behaviour
- Class disruption
- Interference with others' property
Note
If a suitable disciplinary type is missing, contact your school administration. They can add new types in the System Settings.
