Create Disciplinary Record

Introduction

A disciplinary record can be created in edjufy in different ways:

  1. Directly in the Disciplinary Records module - Described in this guide
  2. In the digital class register - See Class Register Integration
Note

If you want to document a disciplinary record in connection with a lesson period, we recommend creating it via the digital class register. The lesson period is automatically linked there.

Create Disciplinary Record

To create a new disciplinary record, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to the Disciplinary Records module.
  2. Click on the Create Disciplinary Record button in the top right.
  3. Fill out the displayed form.
  4. Finally, click Save.

The disciplinary record will be created and you will be redirected to the detail view.

Form Fields

Available Disciplinary Types

The available disciplinary types are configured by your school. Typical examples include:

  • Damage to school materials
  • Missing work materials
  • Phone usage
  • Pupil observation
  • Inappropriate behaviour
  • Class disruption
  • Interference with others' property
Note

If a suitable disciplinary type is missing, contact your school administration. They can add new types in the System Settings.
